  • ​Shipping Carriers​​: We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS/DHL/USPS to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by location.
  • ​International Orders​​: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions.
  • ​Order Tracking​​: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent immediately after dispatch.

We offer free returns within ​​30 days​​ of delivery for unworn, resalable items with original tags and packaging. Exclusions apply (see Exceptions below).

​Exceptions​​:

  • ​Final Sale Items​​: Marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • ​Customized/Special Order Items​​: Non-returnable (e.g., made-to-measure coats).
  • ​Damaged/Defective Goods​​: Contact us within 7 days for replacements or refunds.

​3. Exchanges​

We accept exchanges for the same product (different size/color) or for a credit note. Exchanges are subject to availability.


​4. Special Considerations​

  • ​Dresses​​: Ensure no alterations, stains, or wear beyond normal inspection.
  • ​Outerwear (Coats & Jackets)​​: Fasten all zippers/buttons and retain original hangers.
  • ​Weather-Sensitive Items​​: We cannot accept returns for water resistance or fabric issues caused by improper care.

​5. Shipping Information​

  • ​Return Shipping Fees​​: You are not charged for standard returns. For expedited shipping, additional fees may apply.
  • ​Lost/Delayed Returns​​: If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 10 days with your tracking number.
